The FashyAI name and logo are protected trademarks. Users retain all rights to their created and uploaded images.

You may not use our name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written consent. The AI-generated images created by our service are provided for personal use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall FashyAI be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our service.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of the AI-generated images. The virtual try-on feature is provided for reference only and may not perfectly represent how clothing items will actually look on you in real life. You are responsible for making your own decisions based on the images generated by our service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FashyAI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our service or your violation of these Terms of Service.

9. Subscriptions and Payments

To access certain features of our service, you may be required to pay a subscription fee. We use third-party payment processors to handle payments securely. We do not store your payment information.

By subscribing, you agree to the terms of our subscription service. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

We may offer free trials or promotional offers. These offers are subject to change and may have specific terms and conditions.

• Partial refunds are not available for any subscription at the moment.

• Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

Our service is not available to children under the age of 13, and it is strictly prohibited to upload images of children under this age.

If we discover that you have uploaded images of children under the age of 13, we will promptly delete those images and may terminate your account.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms of Service that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to withdraw or modify our service, and any features or material we provide, at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Any legal disputes shall be resolved in Warangal, Telangan, India.
